Our Organization

There are four main departments available in ALD Turkey; Operations, Finance, General Secretary, Sales and Marketing.

Recruitment in ALD

Attentive recruitment procedure is applied with the principle of right candidates for right position. Career portals, social media and similar resources are used for job advertisments. According to our needs, experienced or to be trained candidates with strong educational basis and who are keen are considered. Our interview stages are as follows respectively: Competency-based interview with Human Resources, interview with relevant Unit Manager and reference controls. At the end of this process, job offer is made to the suitable candidate and after the acceptation of candidate, recruitment process is initiated.

Training and Development 

Training needs to ensure the development of knowledge, skills and competencies our employees are determined, annual plans are made in this direction and their development is supported. Personal development training, e-learning, seminars, technical training, legislation training are among main training programs.

Performance and Career Management

Performance evaluation process is carried out through job description, competencies, and targets of our employees. Our employees evaluate themselves by determining their targets according to job description on the first step, and later first line manager completes the employee’s evaluation. Performance evaluation process is realized with interview between the employee and manager, as a result of evaluation development areas and trainings needs outputs of the employee can be determined. With this system, work-flows operate well, the company grows faster and healthier, and the personal developments of individual employees are supported.

Internship in ALD

There is an internship opportunity in ALD Turkey Office during winter period. As of August, interviews are made with high school mandatory intern candidates and an internship opportunity is provided in winter.  For summer, we accept voluntary high school or university interns who will be employed during 3 months period. Interviews with voluntary intern candidates are implemented in May and an internship opportunity is provided in summer.
